Frequently asked questions
How do I put an Excel table into Word so it stays editable?
Upload your workbook, select the sheet and range, and download the .docx. The table is a native Word table, so you can edit every cell, change styles and add rows.
What happens to formulas?
Word tables cannot hold Excel formulas, so the tool writes the value Excel last calculated. If a formula was never calculated (for example, a file generated by another program), the cell may be empty – open and save it in Excel first.
